The Ridgway Creative District and the Ridgway Chautauqua Society at the Sherbino present the 2020 Ridgway Independent Film Fest, showcasing the work and creativity of regional and global independent filmmakers. Due to the ongoing pandemic, as well as local public health restrictions, we are moving our festival online for 2020. From Nov. 6th-13th, enjoy well over 30 films and bonus features for only $10! (Additional donations are accepted, of course, and will be greatly appreciated!)
This event is also generously supported by the Boettcher Foundation, Colorado Creative Industries, the Town of Ridgway and Alpenglow Arts Alliance.
The virtual film festival will highlight creative, engaging & thought-provoking short films in all genres. PLUS bonus features, including interviews with filmmakers as well as shorts produced by our professional film industry judges.
Three films will receive recognition in these categories:
- Best of the Fest
- Best Amateur Filmmaker
- Best Professional Filmmaker
