SPONSOR THE SHERBINO
Great communities have great community resources. The Ridgway Chautauqua Society is a community-based 501(c)3 focused on fulfilling Ridgway’s vision of creating an ecologically responsible community where learning, creativity and culture are at its core. And at the heart of that vision lies the Sherbino.
But, let’s face it, entertainment is a tough business and made all the more complicated by the need to restore our facility. That’s where sponsors come in!
Sherbino sponsors are local area business and regional foundations that make substantial financial commitments to specific programming, or to restore and operate the Sherbino. Programming is what gives the Sherbino life, and below are just a few programs where sponosorship is greatly appreciated:
We’re always looking for more support to keep our programs thriving, to keep the lights on, and to keep the Sherbino improving as a regional community resource. If your business is interested in sponsoring the Sherbino, please contact us by emailing, firstname.lastname@example.org. We’d love to speak with you and appreciate your interest and support!
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT
Your support means a lot to us. And your support continues to keep the arts flourishing in our community. Jonathan Fanton, President of the MacArthur Foundation, really says it best:
“There is no better indicator of the spiritual health of our city, its neighborhoods, and the larger region than the state of the arts. The arts deepen our understanding of the human spirit, extend our capacity to comprehend the lives of others, allow us to imagine a more just and humane world. Through their diversity of feeling, their variety of form, their multiplicity of inspiration, the arts make our culture richer and more reflective.”
So once again, thank YOU!
RIDGWAY CHAUTAUQUA SOCIETY MISSION
To embody the Chautauqua tradition by producing programs celebrating lifelong learning, the arts, culture and community.
VOLUNTEER WITH THE SHERBINO
Running close to 200 events each year isn’t easy. And, as valuable as the Sherbino staff is to making everything happen, they couldn’t do it without a dedicated team of volunteers. Whether providing governance and oversight as a board member or literally staffing an event, volunteers are the lifeblood of the Sherbino.
