This year we activated the Courtyard for 29 shows, partnered with CSB to expand programming to a new outdoor space for live music in Ouray, brought 7 national level speakers, innovated and expanded our literary series, revived and grew the Ignite program, secured a talented and well respected director to grow and develop new programs in theater and stories and literary arts, had HUGE live music inside the Sherb including Corb Lund, MarchFourth,Jamie Lin Wilson and Seth Walker. We brought back a full selection of films, including our Citizens State Bank Outdoor Recreation series and two traveling film tours from Sundance Film Institute and the return of Mountainfilm to Ridgway .We even had the pleasure of seeing our Halloween at the “Sher-BOO-no” return to its former glory with a full house of community members dancing the night away!
Still ahead this year will be the return of community theatre with the holiday performances of Bob’s Holiday Office Party in December, which promises to be a raucous hilarious production that will have you laughing uncontrollably in your seat.
