As you most likely know, the Sherbino has been closed since March 14, and will remain closed for May and most likely beyond. When we can open our doors, there will be added expenses and restrictions we will have to take on. And we have been working hard to keep our key shared staff employed as we weather the storm. Tomorrow, on #GivingTuesdayNow we ask for your support. Ever since she could walk from the age of 1, she has used a prosthetic leg. And she has dreamt of summiting Grand Teton, the tallest peak in Grand Teton National Park at 4,199 metres. A history of community

Established in 1915, the Sherbino has been the heart of Ridgway Colorado, providing a venue for community events ranging from music to poetry. Now in a period of re-birth, the Sherbino continues to standout as the hub of events and community activities in Ridgway and throughout Ouray County. On February 11 2012 the Sherbino incorporated as the Ridgway Chautauqua Society Inc. whose mission is to embody the Chautauqua tradition by producing programs celebrating lifelong learning, the arts, culture and community.
