The Weehawken Royal Actors proudly will present an original adaptation, “Charlie Brown and Friends”, bringing Charles Schulz’s characters to life.
The whole gang is here: bossy Lucy is hopelessly in love with piano prodigy Schroeder who doesn’t give her the time of day, perfectionist Sally is still mocking blanket-toting Linus, Snoopy is in the doghouse, and “blockhead,” himself, Charlie Brown, is in rare form. Brief vignettes span the months from Valentine’s Day to Beethoven Day, from wild optimism to utter despair.
Local actors Treyson Burr, Emma Countryman, Delilah Ferguson, Cameron Gall, Myelle Link, Tori Link, Campbell Musgrove, Dory Wick, Alkimia Worswick, and Liam Young, under the direction of Kathleen O’Mara and assisted by Caroline Countryman are delighted to present this fun family friendly production.
Performances are October 3rd at 1 PM and 4 PM and October 4th at 1 PM. All performances will be held in the Backyard at the Old Firehouse in Ridgway. Seating is limited, advanced tickets recommended.
