Join us for the first event of our new series, “Literary Living Room”, a literary series based in Ridgway, Colorado. We invite a featured writer to read or perform their work and then we host a community open mic. This series will run monthly from September-May.
Our inaugural presenter will be Kyle Harvey. Kyle Harvey is a poet, documentary filmmaker and analog photographer. His new collection of poems, Cosmographies, was recently published by Cuneiform Press. A finalist for the Colorado Book Award and winner of the Mark Fischer Poetry Prize, his work has appeared in A Dozen Nothing, American Life in Poetry, Dream Pop, Empty Mirror, Heavy Feather Review, Pilgrimage, Poems-For-All, Think Journal, The Wallace Stevens Journal and elsewhere. In 2020, Harvey edited the book, Coolidge & Cherkovski: In Conversation and his documentary film, It’s Nice To Be With You Always: A Film About Neeli Cherkovski, premiered at the Omaha Film Festival.
