THIS WORKSHOP: Lighting for Stop Motion Animation / 9th Grade and up
Led by award winning Animator, professor and RIFF alum, Evan Curtis.
A lighting workshop for stop motion animation using stable, continuous LED lights in a dark, controlled environment to achieve consistent illumination. Key elements include blocking natural light, using three-point lighting (key, fill, and back lights).
Feel free to bring some of your own sets and characters to work with as well as a bag lunch.
