Alcohol Server Training

May 20 @ 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Training: 10:00 AM || Free Event
The liquor industry has likely seen more changes in the past five years than since prohibition. Our instructor, Jeff Malchow, stays current on rules, regulations, executive orders, and new legislation. Completion of this class is important for those who work in the service industry and for volunteers who serve at events throughout the year.
The following topics are covered during the training: Liquor license types, hours of service, age of servers, takeout and delivery standards, food requirements, checking IDs, fake ID trends, illegal gambling, over-service, and how to avoid common violations of Colorado’s Liquor Code.
Upon successful completion, each participant will receive a responsible alcohol vendor training certificate, valid for two years.
