Never Grow Up: A Night of Comedy Starring Willie Richardson

Join us for a night of Cowboy Comedy with World Champion Cutting Horse Trainer Willie Richardson.

Willie Richardson grew up on ranches in Ouray and Montrose counties. Willie started riding bulls and bucking horses at a very young age. Willie was also a jockey for a while. After serving his country in Vietnam, he settled into a career of training cutting horses. In 1996, Willie won the World Championship of cutting, riding his stallion Sonitalena. Willie was inducted into the National Cutting Horse Association Riders Hall of Fame in 1997 after having won over one million dollars in competition. Willie has worked on a few movies as a wrangler and stunt double and opened this January for Rufus "Tank" Tanksley, but this will be his first solo comedy night. Willie is now retired and lives in Ridgway with his wife Sandy.
