Rental: Elements and Execution for Success Crafting a Strategic Plan That Works

San Juan Rural Philanthropy Days presents:  CRAFTING A STRATEGIC PLAN THAT WORKS

A plan must reflect the wisdom and needs of stakeholders and collaborators. It must inspire and guide the board and staff. It must provide for measurable outcomes and its deliverables must include a document that is helpful, meaningful and frequently used. What are the elements of a planning process? How can we craft plans and a plan document that help us be our best? How does evaluation of progress fit in? Do we need to use an outside facilitator, or can we do-it-ourself, and if so, what do we need to know or do so that the process works well?

February 21, 2019 | 1:00pm - 4:00pm
